Two letters
Two letters, one of which includes information about receiving 16 units of a high quality commodity belonging to Aqa Mashhadi Afrasiyab Mukari, worth two hundred tumans, and the benefits of the purchase. The other letter is from Mirza Muhammad, which includes greetings and expresses how much he misses the recipient of the letter.

Letter
After the greeting, the author writes about ʻAbbas, son of Hasan Qurban ʻAli, who secretly goes to see the daughter of Ghulam Husayn Mulla Ibrahim in her house. The author has to send Aqa Jan Bayg with a few guys to the house to get ʻAbbas when he hears about it. But, the daughter doesn't open the door and they have to climb the wall to get in the house. They catch ʻAbbas hiding in a trunk and take him to the author’s house. The author asks the addressee for a recommendation about what to do with 'Abbas. The author writes about several other issues as well.

The detriment fee is seventy tumans.

Settlement between Aqa Hasan and Aqa Husayn, the children of Aqa Muhammad Zari‘ [the farmer] from Atrak, and Mirza Aqa ʻAli Luqmani regarding a property in Rasht for nine tumans. The sisters of Aqa Hasan and Aqa Husayn, Khanum Sultan (wife of Haj Kadkhuda) and Khanum Bala (wife of ʻAli Akbar ʻAliquli), confirmed the settlement.

Rental contract between Haji Ibrahim and Khanum Gawhar, 1897
Rental contract between Haji Ibrahim, the son of Aqa Muhammad Shafi‘ (from Chahar Bagh), and Khanum Gawhar, the daughter of the late Haji Sayyid Muhammad Sadiq Mudarrisi, over the water shares of a property for three years, in exchange for eight tumans and five thousand dinars. According to this agreement, the tenant is responsible for all the expenses.
